Тhese and many more interesting stories about Jordaan were gathered and shared in picture and sound by the students from the local 5th Montessori School.
Through my and Andrea Palm’s facilitation, young people learned how to do historical research, and mastered photo shooting and sound recording. As a result of their work, an impressive exhibition was created and shown on 3 interactive screens around the neighbourhoods.
The residents and visitors of Jordaan were able to enjoy one of the most beautiful Amsterdam districts presented from its youths’ point of view.
