I am very proud of this assignment where I have the chance to build a properties website from scratch.

Greenwoodresidance.bg is my second independently developed application. By using the Word Press platform, I was able to create a beautiful and intuitive product that fully satisfies the user’s needs.

The idea of the project, in the beginning, was to publish some photos and the building’s information. But interviewing properties’ buyers and brokers I identified some essential features that every good real estate website should contain.
As a result, I included in the menu:

– the facilities in the area with the ability to filter different types of objects
– option to mark a specific residence in a building, displaying in detail its location, parameters, and floor plans.

To improve the user experience, I didn’t limit the functionality with frameworks provided by WP templates. By integrating additional plugins and testing the content layout, I was able to deliver an interactive and well-organized website.
