Makers Unite is a social enterprise that creates sustainable products together with creative newcomers and locals. Through its unique social inclusion program Creative Lab gives creative newcomers a kick-start into their professional careers.

As a social designer and matchmaker assistant, I used to work individually with each participant connecting them to real opportunities for jobs, education or internship.
Furthermore, my key responsibilities were:

• Co-design and co-facilitate workshops within “Creative Lab” and “Creative Lab 3 days winter/sprint” programs using a design thinking approach.
• Impact measurement and research evaluation
• Mapping Netherland’s creative industry and maintaining a structural partnership network
